6. Executive Director

(1) The Government of Nepal may appoint an Executive Director to act as the administrative head of the committee.
(2) The term of office of the Executive Director shall be four years (3) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (2), the Government of Nepal may remove the Executive Director from office before the expiry of his term of office if deemed necessary.
(4) The remuneration, service conditions and facilities of the executive director shall be as determined by the committee with the approval of the Government of Nepal.
